How long does it take to get an item shipped?

On average, our customers receive their items within 7-14 business days. We are working hard to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner, even amidst shipping delays.

Please note that we have a processing time of 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed over the weekend, so any orders placed during that time will be processed on the following business day.

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED MAY COME IN SEPARATE PACKAGES

Many people who order multiple items from our store, will most likely get those items in separately mailed packages. This is due to logistical reasons, where items may not all be in the same warehouse or city. Each package will have a tracking # so you can track each item from dock to door. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.


If you have any questions about our shipping policies, times, or prices, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to explain things or even help locate your packages if you've been waiting for too long or lose your tracking #.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Marbella products are sold "as is" and all sales are final. Merchandise purchased on sale at this time are not eligible for return due to our shipment policies. If you have special circumstances please reach out and we will do our best to assist.

 

REFUNDS

We offer a 100% refund for all orders under our 24 hour cancellation period! We also offer refunds after the item has been delivered as long as the product is unused and meets the refund criteria.

  • Unused Condition:
    To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear or use will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Distressed Leather:
    Some of our products are made with distressed vegan leather, which is a part of the design. Distressing or texture variation on these products does not count as wear and tear or damage and is not eligible for a refund.

  • Damages & Defects:
    If the product has a genuine defect or damage not related to the design (e.g., stitching issues, broken hardware), you may request a refund. Clear photos must be provided to demonstrate the issue for us to evaluate and approve your request.

SHIPPING

At this time, due to international shipping and delivery backlog shipping times may vary from the times listed in checkout. We appreciate your understanding. Marbella is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery that are outside its control. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
