REFUNDS

We offer a 100% refund for all orders unless they have been fulfilled or it has been under 24 hours! We also offer refunds after the item has been delivered as long as the product meets the refund criteria:

• Distressed Material:
  Some of our products are made with distressed vegan leather or other distressed materials, which is a part of the design. Distressing or texture variation on these products does not count as wear and tear or damage and is not eligible for a refund.

• Damages & Defects:
  If the product has a genuine defect or damage not related to the design (e.g., stitching issues, broken hardware), you may request a refund. Clear photos must be provided to demonstrate the issue for us to evaluate and approve your request.
  

• Incorrect Size: If the item delivered does not match the size you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.

Delivery Address and Lost/Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Marbella is no longer responsible for the package. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and secure. In the event that a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance with filing a claim.

Please note that some items purchased during a sale or on clearance may not be eligible for a refund. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Be sure to review product details and ensure your purchase before completing your order.

RETURNS

MarbellaClo products are sold "as is" and all sales are final. Merchandise purchased at this time are not eligible for return due to our customization policies. If there are extenuating circumstances please reach out to us and we will refund you instead.
